SeaWorld Gingerbread Cookie Pin Sets

Client: SeaWorld & Busch Gardens

Goal: Create a holiday blind box set using popular animals from SeaWorld San Diego and Tampa, and the represented countries in Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

My Role: The Sales team thought a gingerbread theme would be cute, so my job was to come up with a design that would suit all three locations. I decided on a traditional look, using those decorative swirls and dot accents to give the animals some flair and color. For the Williamsburg location, I used gingerbread men with cultural clothing to represent the countries. I also designed the packaging.

Outcome: This was one of my favorite projects for this company, and one of my lasts. Production on these sets was delayed due to COVID, and by the time it hit the shelves I was already working for another company. Fortunately, I was able to see all the positive feedback for this collection on social media. A member of the pin-trading community even took the designs and turned them into actual gingerbread cookies!
